Hello there I'm SpecterPie (previously known as S0ulblankie)ㆍA Digital Media and Graphic Design MajorㆍI'm an adult, but I try to keep my content suitable for a general audienceㆍMy favorite animals are cats, snails, and OctopusesㆍI'm a Freelance artist, mainly specializing in Character and Environmental art.ㆍ I enjoy drawing my OCs the most of anything, along with the occasional background. I very much enjoy creating my own worlds, and I currently have three different story things going on with characters; Eerie Valley, Evil in the Ocean, and Subaverage Wonderland. Each of these are pretty different.ㆍI very much enjoy coffee and saladsㆍMy favorite games are: Bioshock, BatIM, Portal 2, Terraria, & Roblox (I like Flood Escape 2 on there)

Evil In The Ocean Characters:

October The Octopus (Dr. Oktober)

ㆍOktober is a purple flapjack octopus Mobian
ㆍFemale, Age: 36, Height: 3'9"
ㆍ Once an ethical surgeon, Oktober now hides away in facility deep in the sea to continue her work. Instead of practicing on normal patients, she experiments on anyone unfortunate to end up down there. She overworks herself just trying to make something natural looking, but never seems to succeed.
ㆍ She is very protective of her creation son, Labrat.

Labrat the Cat-Rat

ㆍLabrat is a Frankensteined Black and green cat rat Mobian ㆍ Male, Age: 4 Height: 2'2"
ㆍHe was created by Dr. Oktober, and is her first and only subject to be Frankensteined and brought to life. He was created by pieces victims of a near-by sunken cruise ship. He is small and full of wonder for things, and often plays with any other mutant creations in Sanctum. He likes trains and playing hide and seek. He doesn't know what's wrong with what's going on, and has never been to the surface before.

Atlas The Manta Ray

ㆍAtlas is a dark steel-blue and white manta ray Mobian ㆍMale, Age 31, Height: 4'1"
ㆍAtlas is a lieutenant in the Pier Platoon. He's generally very serious with his job and doesn't take many breaks. He often cares more about getting the job done and abiding by the rules than doing what's morally right and is very stubborn. In his free time, he enjoys mapping out places and woodworking.

Hoobert The Snail

ㆍHoobert is a tan and brown snail Mobian ㆍMale, Age: 40, Height: 3'8"
ㆍHoobert is a captain in the Pier Platoon. He doesn't often enforce harsh training or anything, and teaches more about teamwork than anything. He's very laid back and optimistic. He enjoys playing the banjo and going fishing in his off-time. He secretly knows that his ex-wife Oktober is still alive and in Sanctum, but he just can't bring himself to talk about it, which sometimes causes holdups in the ongoing investigation.

ㆍEvil in the Ocean writing log #1: SanctumDeep beneath the ocean’s surface, hidden well away from any civilization, lies an old worn-down facility called Sanctum. This place was built in the early 80s, and it was originally created to be a housing and testing center for some of the wealthier doctors of the time. The architecture was created to be luxurious and water-sealed, but now is crumbling and even flooded in some parts. Once a place for great minds to get away and have a place to invent or relax and enjoy the indulgent things of the facility, now is an empty husk.
Some wonder what happened to the place to get it to be this way, maybe it was bankrupt and left behind? Or perhaps the people were driven out by something and it was lost to time. These are both partially true.
The fall of Sanctum was caused by a dangerous sort of drive for perfection and curiosity that could never be fulfilled. Rumors say dark and evil influence had caused madness amongst the few remaining residents until they were wiped away one by one, and say the place is haunted or filled with some sort of toxin. The facility is left deep in the ocean, and hard to find nowadays.

Evil In the Ocean writing log #2: The Pier Platoon
The Pier Platoon is a small navy-like army stationed on the coast, tasked with zone-coverage, investigations, and the safety of the general place. They don't function like lifeguards, but more like the army. Atlas and Captain Hoobert are both characters associated with the Pier Platoon, both serving key roles. The HQ is just off the mainland coast on a manmade island, housing soldiers, ships, helicopters, and other things. The platoon prefers to hire sea-creature-type Mobians for sea explorations, but land dwellers may join too.
